To move in, all tenants must have full damage deposit and first months rent.

1-year lease

In Creekside, Spring Street, and Market Street, tenants pay for electric only.

Carriage Way:​

• 3-bedroom: Landlord pays trash on 3 bedrooms. Tenants pay water, sewer, and electric.​

• 2-bedroom: Landlord pays water, sewer and trash. Tenants pay electric. 

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. We require a pet deposit and there is a monthly pet fee.
